Crown was appointed Architect of Record for a comprehensive renovation of the hotel’s common spaces, which included producing full filing sets and updating the property’s Place of Assembly designation.
Beyond its architectural role, Crown served as lead code consultant and expeditor, overseeing all regulatory aspects and securing a Certificate of Occupancy for the hotel’s meeting hall, restaurant, and theater. The project exemplifies Crown’s strength in integrating thoughtful design with technical precision and regulatory compliance—delivering a transformed space that meets both aesthetic ambitions and functional demands.
