1182 Woodycrest is a meticulously designed, nine-story L-shaped residential building encompassing 40,800 square feet, featuring a centrally located elevator for optimal accessibility. Thoughtfully selected amenities include centrally located laundry facilities, a rooftop terrace, a first-floor community room, an additional senior-focused community space in the cellar, bicycle storage, and seven at-grade residential parking spaces.
Constructed with insulated concrete form (ICF) walls and a composite concrete flooring system, the building is engineered for exceptional energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
