In collaboration with Snarkitecture, Crown reimagined three office floors at 530 Broadway, located in New York City’s SoHo Cast Iron Historic District. The project masterfully blends the building’s historic architectural charm with modern sophistication, delivering over 12,000 square feet of Class A office space on each floor.
The design features an open-plan layout made possible by the strategic removal of interior bearing walls, creating expansive, fluid spaces. Custom millwork, carefully crafted to align with the overall aesthetic, enhances both functionality and visual appeal. At the core of the transformation is the exposed structural steel—serving as a striking tribute to the building’s industrial heritage while seamlessly blending into the contemporary design language.
The result is a distinctive and timeless office space that honors SoHo’s rich history while offering the elevated style and modern amenities expected in today’s luxury workplaces.
