Crown embarked on a transformative project driven by rapid company growth and the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. After their former offices were rendered unusable by the storm, Quad urgently needed upgraded facilities that matched the caliber of their elite team. Crown not only designed every aspect of the new space but also served as both the owner’s representative and construction administrator.
The result is a 20,000-square-foot, two-floor commercial interior that features a striking staircase with a custom feature wall, a bi-level lobby, two trading floors, executive offices with private bathrooms, a gym, two conference rooms, and two training rooms. At the heart of the space is a state-of-the-art kitchen where a private chef prepares daily breakfast and lunch. A dedicated relaxation room—complete with ambient lighting and two massage chairs—ensures traders have everything they need to recharge and perform at their best.
