Crown led the transformation of a 299-unit residential building featuring ground-floor commercial space, including a restaurant. The comprehensive scope included the renovation of apartment units, modernizing layouts and adding additional bathrooms where feasible. Crown also upgraded common area hallways with new finishes, coordinated mechanical and plumbing shaftways to support full-building utility risers, and renovated shared amenities such as the residential gym and lounge on the cellar level.

Adding bathrooms posed significant challenges, requiring careful coordination with existing plumbing risers and navigating limited floor depths for new system installations. Additionally, rent control regulations restricted access to adjacent units, adding complexity to the renovation process. Despite these constraints, Crown successfully delivered a thoughtful and impactful transformation, enhancing common areas and elevating the overall living experience for residents.
